Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks an engineering leader to design, implement, verify, and validate wireless modem air interface software. You will work on modem access stratum, RF SW design, and collaborate with the RFFE team to define IP architecture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in modem/WAN software design, verification, or related roles.
• Experience with RF/WWAN L1/L2/L3 concepts and mmWave is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, verification, and validation of wireless modem air interface software.
• Collaborate with RFFE team to define modem IP architecture and HW/SW interfaces.
• Develop models, code, or simulations; optimize throughput, latency, and power.
• Develop automation test framework to verify functionality and performance.
