Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a highly skilled RF Software Engineer to design and implement DSP algorithms for high-throughput signal processing. Responsibilities include debugging, feature development, integration, and documentation for DoD-focused systems.

The role requires extensive DSP algorithm development with C++, Linux, and Python, plus experience leading software teams and ensuring compliance with development standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, CS or related with DSP algorithms is required.
• 4 years RF software or equivalent experience may substitute a bachelor’s degree.
• MS in Engineering or CS may substitute for experience.
• 7 years DSP algorithm development experience required.
• 7 years experience with C++, Linux, and Python.
• Formal training in, or proficiency with C++ and Linux is expected.

Responsibilities

• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Design and code new software or modify existing features.
• Integrate software into new or modified systems or environments.
• Develop simple data queries for databases or data repositories.
• Write or review software and system documentation.
• Lead teams and coordinate with engineers to meet project goals.
• Design complex algorithms with timing and resource constraints.
• Supervise software development activities according to process.
