Job summary

National Oilwell Varco seeks a capable RF-SMART Functional Analyst to support and enhance warehouse operations within the JDE ecosystem. You will administer RF-SMART, optimize workflows, and provide user support while aligning with JD Edwards processes.

You will own RF-SMART configurations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement across receiving, inventory, and shipping activities. This role blends business and IT for efficient warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with RF-SMART (or similar warehouse mobility solutions).
• Hands-on RF-SMART administration, troubleshooting and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards Inventory/Warehouse processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Administer RF-SMART environments: user setup, security, device config.
• Configure RF workflows for receiving, picking, packing, shipping and cycle counting.
• Customize RF-SMART forms and business logic to fit ops needs.
• Troubleshoot RF devices and integration points with JDE; support UAT and deployments.
• Lead process improvements and document SOPs for warehouse operations.
