Job summary

Independent Software, Inc. seeks a Signals Analyst Level 1 to support national security operations by analyzing RF signals and identifying key characteristics to determine signal structure, parameters, and behavior.

You will work with a team of analysts and engineers to process, evaluate, and interpret signals data, contributing to the development of actionable intelligence. Must possess an active TS SCI with polygraph to be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in signals analysis, including COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA.
• Understanding of RF signals and signal characteristics.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical data related to signal behavior.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RF signals to identify signal structure, parameters, and behavior.
• Apply signals analysis techniques across COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA domains.
• Process and interpret signals data to support mission objectives.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and characteristics within signal datasets.
• Support development of analytical products and reporting.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and mission partners to support operational requirements.
• Contribute to signal modeling and characterization efforts.
• Maintain awareness of evolving signals analysis techniques and mission needs.
