Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation invites students to join the Mission Payloads Division as a Signal Processing and RF Engineering Grad Intern in El Segundo, CA. This full-time, onsite internship provides hands-on experience in satellite communications, DSP, and RF techniques while you complete a 12-week program.

You'll design and prototype software/hardware for signal processing, receive mentorship, and potentially contribute to demonstrations and briefings for DoD and civil clients. U.S.

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in a Master’s/PhD program in EE/CS/Physics/Math
• Available to work 12 weeks full-time and return to degree after internship
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Programming in Python, C/C++, Golang, Rust, Swift, or Julia
• Familiar with DSP and RF communication techniques
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
• Transcripts required

Responsibilities

• Design, build, code, and test signal processing prototypes
• Deliver tech demos and briefings
• Work on multiple projects independently or in small teams
• Mentorship will be provided
