Job summary

The Hillman Group in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Order Processor to join a high-volume warehouse operation. You will pick and pack customer orders in a fast-paced zone picking station, using a hand-held RF scanner to determine order requirements and preparing boxes for shipment.

Responsibilities include meeting daily productivity standards, maintaining quality, and keeping a clean, organized workspace while leveraging experience to resolve basic problems. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Related experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses a hand scanner to determine order requirements.
• Pulls the correct product from the stock area and packs it into the appropriate boxes.
• Meets required daily productivity standards for lines picked per hour.
• Ensure that work meets quality standards.
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies to accomplish job results without waste.
• Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to the manager.
• Maintains a current knowledge of operating procedures and company products.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
