Job summary

CareTria is seeking a Pick Pack Operator for a temporary kitting project in Indiana. The role involves manual picking, packing, and processing containers using RF systems, following customer specifications, and preparing shipments.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and clean workspace, verifying RF data, handling packing materials, and operating RF scanners and related equipment.Physical lifting of up to 60 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School Education and basic training.
• 1 year related experience or training.
• RF equipment knowledge is required.
• General warehouse skills are required.
• Experience with job-specific machinery is preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to lift 35 pounds frequently and up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe work environment at all times and reports unsafe issues to Supervisor immediately.
• Maintains a clean work environment per sanitation SOPs and reports sanitation issues to Supervisor immediately.
• As directed by RF system; pick containers according to customer specifications.
• All steps are initiated by RF scanning; verify item numbers, locations, and quantities in the RF device.
• Simultaneously pick and begin packing these containers to prepare them for shipping.
• Add packing materials to prepare containers for final shipping.
• Ship packages using RF and various computer systems.
• Maintains inventory levels in pick module and performs stock putaway.
• Performs scheduled cycle counts as directed.
• Operates equipment including RF scanners, case sealers, scales, postage machines, and computer stations.
