Job summary

Katalyst-Healthcares- is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support warehouse and distribution operations in a climate-controlled environment. You will assist with order picking, packing, barcode scanning, pallet building, shipment preparation, and inventory-related activities while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include RF scanning, labeling boxes, building pallets, validating orders, and ensuring shipments are ready for dispatch.

Qualifications

Must have high school diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn RF scanning.
Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Scan barcodes, retrieve products, label boxes, and process orders using RF scanner technology.
Verify order accuracy and prepare shipments for dispatch.
Build pallets by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders.
Re-palletize products for shipment as required.
Scan completed pallets and operate shrink-wrapping equipment when assigned.
Transport pallets using material handling equipment (MHE) as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per SOPs and GDP requirements.
Complete RF device training and maintain current training certifications.
Follow safety procedures and report accidents, hazards, injuries, and suspicious activities.
Participate in cross-training and assist with other warehouse duties.
