Katalyst-Healthcares- is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support warehouse and distribution operations in a climate-controlled environment. You will assist with order picking, packing, barcode scanning, pallet building, shipment preparation, and inventory-related activities while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include RF scanning, labeling boxes, building pallets, validating orders, and ensuring shipments are ready for dispatch.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or GED, or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn RF scanning.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Scan barcodes, retrieve products, label boxes, and process orders using RF scanner technology.
• Verify order accuracy and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Build pallets by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders.
• Re-palletize products for shipment as required.
• Scan completed pallets and operate shrink-wrapping equipment when assigned.
• Transport pallets using material handling equipment (MHE) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area per SOPs and GDP requirements.
• Complete RF device training and maintain current training certifications.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents, hazards, injuries, and suspicious activities.
• Participate in cross-training and assist with other warehouse duties.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support warehouse and distribution operations in a climate-controlled environment. The ideal candidate will assist with order picking, packing, barcode scanning, pallet building, shipment preparation, and inventory-related activities while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Scan barcodes, retrieve products, label boxes, and process orders using RF scanner technology.
• Verify order accuracy and prepare shipments for dispatch.
• Build pallets by scanning, retrieving, and placing completed orders.
• Re-palletize products for shipment as required.
• Scan completed pallets and operated shrink-wrapping equipment when assigned.
• Transport pallets using material handling equipment (MHE), as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and applicable quality requirements.
• Completely required RF device training and maintain current training certifications or modules.
• Follow all safety and security procedures and promptly report accidents, hazards, injuries, and suspicious activities.
• Participate in cross-training and assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with a team.
• General knowledge of warehouses or distribution operations.
• Walkie Rider (motorized pallet jack) experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
