Job summary

Rexel USA, operating the Talley team in Woodridge, IL, seeks an Order Picker to efficiently pick customer orders using an RF scanner and to support outbound processing. The role requires forklift operation and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift is 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Prior warehouse experience preferred and a strong work ethic are important for success in this position at Rexel USA.

Qualifications

• 1-year warehouse experience.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Must be able to operate a forklift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Good reading/writing skills in English and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately and on time.
• Use RF scanner to fulfill orders and coordinate with shipping.
• Ensure compatibility of shipping methods and adjust as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and adhere to policies.
