Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of radar engineering or radar-system analysis experience.
• Experience using MATLAB and/or Python for engineering analysis.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform radar engineering analysis to characterize foreign radar systems and threat parameters.
• Apply radar equations, antenna theory, and physics-based models for parameter evaluation.
• Develop MATLAB/Python calculations supporting parametric analysis.
• Document assumptions, provenance, and validation results.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and software developers on AI-assisted analytic workflows.
• Support technical validation and cross-parameter consistency.
