Job summary

JT4, LLC seeks Electronic Technicians II or III to support radar and RF electronics in lab and field environments. Candidates should have electronics training or an associate degree or higher, plus 3+ years hands-on experience (for II) or seven years with relevant education and expertise (for III).

Qualifications

• Education in math, basic electronics, and microwave theory, or military equivalent with 3 years hands-on experience (Electronic Technician II).
• ISCET certification.
• Experience with general electronics, electro-mechanical and computer systems; ability to troubleshoot to component level.

Responsibilities

• Operate radars and electronic equipment daily.
• Read and interpret schematics and RF signal flow and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain and repair analog and digital equipment used in radar transmitters, receivers, timing assemblies, data collection, and RF and digital transmission lines.
• Construct electronic and RF chassis using industry standard fabrication techniques.
