JT4, LLC is seeking a Field Engineer III to lead complex field engineering assignments involving installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of advanced electronic and mechanical radar systems.
You will operate radar and RF equipment daily, troubleshoot analog and digital components, develop technical documentation, and present findings to customers. Travel to remote locations may be required as part of contract work with the U.S. federal agencies.
JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
A Field Engineer III performs as a lead on more complex field engineering assignments and performs a variety of engineering assignments involving technology applications involved in the installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of complex electronic/mechanical equipment and systems.
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:
An Associate's Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline, or formal academic/vocational/military training and a minimum of 10 years of experience in the specialty field are required for this position.
In addition, a Field Engineer III must possess the following qualifications:

The expected salary range for this position is $91,062.40 to $170,456.00 annually.
The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. JT4, LLC considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Work is performed in a typical office environment with no unusual hazards. Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds), constant sitting and use of a computer terminal; constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing, and editing documents; constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication; and constant mental alertness are required.
Travel to remote company work locations may be required.
