The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and validating RF propagation models, analyzing coverage and capacity, and supporting network planning activities. Responsibilities

• Develop and calibrate RF propagation models for various wireless deployments.
• Perform propagation studies across Wi‑Fi, 5G NR, and NTN bands, evaluating path loss, fading, and atmospheric effects.
• Conduct wireless coverage predictions and heatmap generation for diverse scenarios.
• Analyze RF coverage and perform capacity planning for industrial, campus, and mission‑critical systems.
• Model and optimize end‑to‑end throughput performance under different RF conditions.
• Design wireless networks to meet coverage, capacity, and throughput objectives.
• Build and maintain simulation environments for propagation analysis, utilizing various modeling techniques.
• Conduct field surveys, analyze measurement data, and validate propagation models.
• Develop automation tools and scripts for RF analysis and data visualization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including RF design, systems engineering, and product development.
