Job summary

MACOM, a global leader in RF, microwave and photonics technologies, invites applications for a Semiconductor Process Development Intern. You will join the RF Technology Development team to help develop process modules supporting new technology releases during a 12-week program.

Interns gain hands-on experience, receive training, attend webinars, and participate in a poster session to present project outcomes, with formal feedback provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in EE, MSE, ChE or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel/JMP/Minitab.
• Prior semiconductor fabrication experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency due to ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience developing key process modules and designs.
• Work on defined projects with clear outcome goals.
