Job summary

Aerotek is recruiting a Manufacturing Technician to support the assembly and testing of high‑performance electronic components in a climate‑controlled facility. You will operate equipment, assemble RF, microwave, and power system parts, and perform quality checks to ensure specifications are met.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, strict attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate equipment per SOPs.
• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and schematics.
• Familiar with measurement tools like micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools per SOPs.
• Assemble electronic and mechanical components for RF, microwave, and power systems.
• Test and inspect components to verify function and specifications.
• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe 5S work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety protocols and report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in cross-functional training and rotations under the CBA.
• Complete production logs and time-tracking records.
