Job summary

Winebow is hiring for a warehouse associate in Illinois to unload, label, and stock products using RF devices and a WMS. You will follow voice-picking instructions and help maintain accurate inventory levels in a fast-paced distribution environment.

We value safety, reliability, and teamwork; candidates must have a High School diploma or GED and be able to obtain forklift certification within six months. Extended hours and holiday shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire.
• Willingness to work extended daily hours and holiday hours.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallets and floor-loaded inbound containers.
• Receive/label product in WMS using handheld RF.
• Move product to inventory locations safely and accurately.
• Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions for outbound orders.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Report breakage to supervisor and meet productivity targets.
