Job summary

Winebow seeks a warehouse associate in the DC area to support inbound and outbound operations. You will unload inbound pallets, accurately receive and label products using RF devices, and move stock to correct locations while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires forklift certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months, plus strong communication. Expect extended hours and holiday shifts with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallet/floor loaded inbound containers.
• Accurately receive/label product via WMS with handheld RF.
• Move product to inventory stock locations using RF equipment.
• Move product from reserve to picking locations meeting productivity standards.
• Read and apply picking labels to cases from stock locations.
• Move product to staging lanes or conveyors as required.
• Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions for quantities.
• Participate in counting of physical inventory.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Report breakage to supervisor promptly.
• Meet established productivity and quality goals.
• Adhere to safety policies; report hazards and suggest improvements.
