Job summary

Dover is seeking an RF CAD design engineer to create and revise detailed drawings and PCB schematics for complex electronic components. You will model in 2D/3D CAD, prepare BOMs, and interact with customers to resolve design issues. Strong GD&T and ERP experience are required.

The role focuses on mechanical drafting in a manufacturing setting, with opportunities to collaborate across engineering teams and vendors in Salisbury, MD. On-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical school certification in drafting and math.
• Associate degree in mechanical Computer Aided Design or directly related job experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PCB layout software such as Diptrace or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Creates new and revised RF product design using CAD equipment into assemblies and drawings.
• Creates PCB schematics and layouts.
• Prepares layouts for final product design using customer data.
• Assists in analysis of problem areas and recommends solutions.
• Inputs bill of material in ERP system.
• May consult with customers or vendors to ensure requirements.
