Clair Global is seeking an RF Supervisor to oversee the RF Technicians and ensure wireless equipment meets client and operations specifications. This role requires supervising the RF department, training staff, and coordinating with Applications Specialists to optimize deployments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of professional-level audio experience.
• Experience using basic hand and power tools.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching employees.
• Strong technical and interpersonal problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in learning new technologies.
• Willingness to accept all jobs assigned.
• Passion for electronics and the audio industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory management and ensure ERP accuracy for the RF department.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate needs across departments and locations.
• Organize and maintain the RF department work area and equipment standards.
• Order parts and manage inventory levels for the RF department.
• Oversee testing of coax cable, antennas, and combiners (Spectrum Analyzer/Tracking Generator).
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support for employee and departmental growth.
• Resolve department conflicts and escape issues as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Prioritize and delegate RF equipment projects.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the RF Department.
• Train and coach RF Technicians on Clair procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with RF Applications Specialists to optimize RF deployments.
