Tower Pros is the dedicated field operations support team for some of the most successful HFTs. This role sits at the intersection of software, RF engineering, and network operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in RF, telecom, or network operations.
• Strong Python for automation and data pipelines beyond scripts.
• Linux/UNIX proficiency and git workflows.
• RF path analysis, spectrum, and antenna systems understanding.

Responsibilities

• Build and run monitoring and mapping platforms for live network views and telemetry.
• Develop device control and protocol integrations over serial/TCP, SNMP, and vendor APIs.
• Create AI/LLM-assisted diagnostic tooling to shorten incident triage.
• Manage radio and link configuration as code in git for repeatable changes.
• Benchmark paths against market performance and derive improvement recommendations.
• Work with regulatory datasets as research inputs for route and site strategy.
