Apple Inc. is seeking a Wireless Module Test Engineer (WMTE) to design and drive high-volume RF module tests across module factories, partnering with multiple vendors to ensure robust test coverage from NPI to mass production.

You will own test stations, analyze production data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize yields, test times and DUT interfaces, while leveraging advanced ATE equipment and scripting to accelerate validation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Programming experience in C, C++, Matlab, Python.
• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment and high-volume ATE testers (LitePoint, Advantest, Teradyne).
• Familiarity with SPI, SWD, PCIe, and JTAG protocols.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, and implement test solutions across wireless technologies at module factories from NPI to high volume production.
• Own and debug test stations at module factories.
• Ensure wireless module tests align with upstream and downstream tests across multiple vendors.
• Drive module vendors, fixture and test vendors for ATE solution implementation.
• Analyze NPI and mass production data to improve yields, test times, and capabilities.
