  • Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering BS/MS/PhD program.
  • Knowledge of semiconductors, analog circuits and RF fundamentals.
  • Understanding of S-parameters, gain, noise, and stability.

Responsibilities

  • Tuning RF front-end modules in the lab.
  • Impedance matching using the Smith chart.
  • Evaluating RF parameters like IP3, P1dB, NF, return loss.
  • Validating performance across varied conditions.
  • Creating 3D models in HFSS and simulating S-parameter files in ADS.
  • Preparing compliance matrices, plotting results, and presenting summaries.
