Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking an RF Modeling and Simulation Engineer/Scientist to perform RF modeling and simulation to support Department of Defense clients. This role involves generating RF signatures, conducting data analysis, and maintaining effective communication in a team environment.
The ideal candidate should hold a master’s degree in engineering, science, or mathematics, possess at least 10 years of experience, and be able to obtain a DoD TS/SCI clearance. Familiarity with Linux and Matlab is preferred.

The RF Modeling and Simulation Engineer/Scientist will conduct in-depth radio frequency (RF) modeling and simulation of targets of interest to support Department of Defense customers. The selected candidate will perform signature production in accordance with established production processes and techniques to analyze data, generate RF signatures, document produced signatures and conducted analysis, and disseminate results at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at WPAFB, Ohio. Candidates must be able to work independently and as part of a technical team and have effective oral and written communication skills. Successful candidates will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Desired an active TS/SCI clearance.
