Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a technically skilled Production Support professional to join the manufacturing team, focusing on building, testing and troubleshooting Signal Source Generators and providing multi‑disciplinary support to engineers.

You will collaborate with global engineers, technicians and operators, lead root cause analysis, and participate in transfers and new projects while ensuring alignment with production schedules and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience collaborating with engineering teams throughout the manufacturing process.
• Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level.
• Electronics certificate or equivalent education/training is required.
• Knowledge and experience in developing, writing, and applying test software code.

Responsibilities

• Interface with cross‑functional engineering teams to provide production support.
• Implement and execute processes developed by Engineering; provide constructive feedback.
• Lead communication and provide daily activity updates to the team.
• Document Root Cause Analysis and feed back to engineering.
• Collaborate during New Project, Transfer, and Product meetings.
