Responsibilities

• Communicate timely updates to customers on shipping dates and order status.
• Assist in resolving scheduling, shipping, or invoicing issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Interface with customers to provide input, status updates, and present quotations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold professional standards.
