Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated’s Microwave Solutions division seeks a senior RF engineering leader to drive next‑generation RF systems, mentor teams, and deliver mission-critical solutions.

The role requires 10+ years of RF experience, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred), and proficiency with FCC/ITAR standards and RF design tools. • 10+ years of RF engineering experience, including leadership roles.
• Expertise with RF simulation tools, test equipment, and design methodologies.

• Proficiency in RF design software (HFSS, ADS, CST, MATLAB).
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Salary Range:

$177,500.00-$236,600.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
