Job summary

Teledyne Microwave Solutions, part of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, seeks a senior leader to drive RF innovation and lead engineering teams in multiple R&D projects. You will architect RF systems, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure QA compliance across programs.

The role requires 10+ years in RF engineering with leadership, expertise in RF tools (HFSS, ADS, CST, MATLAB), and familiarity with FCC/ITAR standards. U.S. citizenship and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred) (required)
• 10+ years of RF engineering experience, including leadership roles (required)
• Expertise with RF simulation tools, test equipment, and design methodologies (required)
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards (FCC, ITAR) (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RF design software (HFSS, ADS, CST, MATLAB) (required)
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required)

Salary Range: $177,500.00-$236,600.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
