Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated leads programs powering mission-critical technology in aerospace, defense, and related sectors. This role involves managing initiatives from start to finish, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and contracts to hit revenue, margin, and schedule targets.

The candidate will develop budgets and risk assessments, drive issue resolution and testing, and support new opportunities with key accounts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics disciplines (required).
  • 2–5 years of experience managing programs/projects for military or aerospace applications (required).
  • PMP certification, Master’s degree, or MBA (advantage).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project; ERP/MRP experience preferred.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (required).

Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing advanced microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for aerospace, defense, and communications. Our products support critical missions across global markets, including aviation, radar, Satcom, space, and electronic warfare. Salary Range

$113,600.00-$151,400.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
