Job summary

Leading requirements, trade studies, and lifecycle support, you will coordinate with teams and suppliers, on a 1st shift, in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and ability to obtain a US security clearance
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
• 9+ years of related experience
• Experience with high power RF test equipment and techniques for RF systems from UHF to K-band
• Experience setting up passive intermodulation tests and diagnosing PIM
• Experience with UHF RF systems assembly and test

Responsibilities

• Develops and validates electromagnetic requirements for systems and components
• Develops architectures to integrate complex systems
• Performs trade studies, modeling and simulation to optimize design
• Defines and conducts critical tests to validate performance
• Manages supplier performance to ensure compliance to requirements
• Provides lifecycle support from manufacturing to customer use
• Supports project management with budgets and schedules
• Generates major sections of proposals for new business
