Prattwhitney is seeking an onsite RF/Microwave Engineer in the Greater Boston area. This role involves design, test, and integration of semiconductor devices and system-level phased-array hardware for radar applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
• Experience or coursework in RF/microwave, analog, digital electronics, etc.
• Lab experience specific to RF/microwave device and circuit measurements.

Responsibilities

• Perform fixture and on‑wafer probe measurements.
• Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter‑wave test systems.
• Support MMIC and module design teams.

Skills

RF/microwave device and circuit measurements

Software proficiency: Python, LabVIEW, Keysight ADS, etc.
