Raytheon is seeking an RF/Microwave Engineer to design, develop, integrate, test, and support the manufacture of advanced RF and microwave hardware for radar and sensing applications. You will work on CCAs, modules, antennas, MMICs, and phased-array hardware across the full hardware lifecycle.
This role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and hands-on RF design/measurement experience, with the potential to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and participate in program reviews.

In this role, you will design, develop, integrate, test, and/or support the manufacture of advanced RF and microwave hardware for radar and sensing applications. You may work across a broad range of technologies, including RF circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and modules for receivers, exciters, and transmitters; antennas and radomes; semiconductor devices; microwave and millimeter‑wave integrated circuits (MMICs); and phased‑array hardware. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, test, and program teams throughout the full hardware development lifecycle—from concept development and detailed design through integration, verification, and transition to production.
This is an opportunity to solve challenging RF problems, work hands‑on with advanced hardware, and contribute directly to some of Raytheon's premier radar and sensing programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline. Degree must be obtained by start date. Coursework in one or more of the following: RF Circuit Design, Microwave Circuits, Electromagnetics, Antenna Engineering, Microwave Measurements, RF Engineering, Radar Signal Processing, or Radar Design.

The salary range for this role is 62,900 USD - 119,700 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
