In this role, you will design, develop, integrate, test, and/or support the manufacture of advanced RF and microwave hardware for radar and sensing applications. You may work across a broad range of technologies, including RF circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and modules for receivers, exciters, and transmitters; antennas and radomes; semiconductor devices; microwave and millimeter-wave integrated circuits (MMICs); and phased-array hardware. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, test, and program teams throughout the full hardware development lifecycle—from concept development and detailed design through integration, verification, and transition to production. This is an opportunity to solve challenging RF problems, work hands-on with advanced hardware, and contribute directly to some of Raytheon’s premier radar and sensing programs.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline. Degree must be obtained by start date. Coursework in one or more of the following: RF Circuit Design, Microwave Circuits, Electromagnetics, Antenna Engineering, Microwave Measurements, RF Engineering, Radar Signal Processing, or Radar Design.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
