Skyworks Solutions, Inc. offers an Engineering Internship focused on BAW technology within our Technology & Manufacturing group. You will engage in topology analysis, filter layout realization, and full-module simulations to support next-gen RF components.

The role involves extracting topologies from competitor parts and validating parameters with measurements. Ideal candidates are pursuing MS/PhD in EE or Physics, with RF coursework, RF simulation tool experience (HFSS/ADS/AWR), strong research

Qualificações

• Pursuing MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
• Completed RF/Microwave circuit design coursework.
• Experience with electromagnetic/RF simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, AWR).
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiar with RF measurement equipment such as spectrum and network analyzers.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.

Responsabilidades

• Perform topology analysis to improve target design.
• Realization of the filter layout with BAW technology.
• Implementation of the laminate and full module simulation.
• Extraction of topologies for each filter and multiplexer networks from competitor parts.
• Competitor performance fit from measurements to extract filter parameters.

Conhecimentos

Strong research, analytical, and comms

RF/microwave circuit design experience

Familiar with RF measurement equipment

Formação académica

Pursuing MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics

Minimum GPA of 3.0
