Qualifications

• Hands-on RF/microwave experience with test equipment required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Soldering skills for circuit tuning and repair.
• Ability to interpret RF test measurements and data.
• Proficient computer skills for testing and documentation.
• 2–5 years of relevant technical experience.
• Associate degree in electronics or equivalent required.
• High school diploma or technical/vocational training required.

Responsibilities

• Align, test, troubleshoot, and repair high-power solid-state microwave amplifiers.
• Work with block upconverters and digital control interfaces to ensure system performance.
• Perform RF testing using spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.
• Tune RF amplifiers across S-Band, C-Band, X-Band, and Ku-Band.
• Verify performance against gain, power, VSWR, harmonics and compression.
• Interpret test data and diagnose performance issues.
• Apply soldering techniques during tuning and repair processes.
• Follow safety procedures and technical documentation accurately.
• Prepare basic reports and communicate findings with internal teams.

You’ll collaborate with skilled technicians and engineers, contributing directly to the reliability of advanced communication systems used worldwide.

What you’ll do
