Teledyne Microwave Solutions in Mountain View, CA is seeking an experienced RF microwave manufacturing engineer to drive manufacturing excellence for mission-critical RF and microwave products. You will support production teams, generate documentation, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a BSEE or higher with 5+ years of RF microwave experience, strong circuitry knowledge, and microscope-based tuning skills.

Responsibilities

• Support production teams to resolve technical issues and maintain schedule.
• Generate manufacturing and test documentation for first-time builds and investigations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges impacting production runs.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, test procedures, and documentation.
• Provide training and technical guidance to manufacturing personnel and mentor junior engineers.
• Tune and troubleshoot RF microwave circuits down to the component level.
• Collaborate with design engineers to optimize circuit performance and manufacturability.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including cost reduction and yield enhancement.
• Manage obsolescence redesign and qualification for legacy product support.

Salary Range:

$96,600.00-$128,800.000
