Job summary

Qnity Electronics is seeking an RF Lab & Field Applications Engineer to diagnose EMI/EMC, RF, signal integrity, and thermal challenges in real-world systems. You will perform hands-on lab tests and field support across customer sites in sunny California.

The role entails designing experiments, analyzing results with RF test equipment, and collaborating with sales, product management, and engineering to shape next-generation solutions. A hybrid travel schedule is required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, RF Engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electromagnetics, RF systems, and EMI/EMC fundamentals.
• Experience with RF measurement equipment and laboratory testing.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to diagnose and solve EMI, EMC, RF, signal integrity, and thermal issues.
• Design and conduct laboratory experiments using RF test equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions and influence future product development.
