Job summary

Neros Technologies in Torrance, CA is seeking an RF Test Technician to support setup, execution, and maintenance of RF test systems used in engineering qualification and flight testing. You will build and modify RF test setups, perform wiring and harness assembly, and assist with qualification tests and field deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on soldering and wiring
• Experience building cables and harnesses
• Familiarity with RF equipment is preferred; willingness to learn spectrum analyzers and VNAs
• Ability to follow test procedures and record results
• Strong attention to detail and build quality

Responsibilities

• Build, modify, and maintain RF test setups, coax assemblies, RF switch harnesses, cables, fixtures, and lab hardware
• Support qualification and acceptance test plans by preparing equipment, following procedures, collecting results, and escalating issues
• Perform soldering, rework, connector installation, harness assembly, labeling, and other lab tasks
• Help prepare RF hardware and test equipment for flight tests and support setup, troubleshooting, and teardown in the field
• Operate or learn to operate RF measurement equipment such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters, attenuators, RF switches, and test radios
• Keep lab and production test areas organized, repeatable, and ready for fast execution
