Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a General Warehouse Person to perform tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to stores that service customers. You will handle receiving, scanning, picking, packing and auditing to ensure accurate inventory and on-time store delivery.

You will work in a fast-paced distribution center, operating RF scanning and inventory systems, while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role requires flexibility with shifts and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Experience operating motorized material handling equipment and RF scanning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to stores.
• Track inbound/outbound items through RF scanning for inventory accountability.
• Verify orders and enter data into the inventory management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly distribution center workspace.
• Maintain quality standards set forth by DC management.
