Apple Inc. in Irvine, California, seeks a Wireless SoC RF Integration and Validation Engineer to join its wireless silicon development team.

The role focuses on end-to-end RF integration, DUT control development, pre-silicon emulation, and calibration, contributing to productization of Apple wireless products. The candidate will work across RF/Analog, Systems/PHY/MAC, VLSI/RTL, and FW/SW domains, and participate in bringing up wireless-SOC RF functionality, RF calibration, and software-driven

Qualifications

• BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience required.
• Strong RF parametric testing knowledge (IP3, NF, ACPR, phase noise).

Responsabilités

• Develop and integrate RF end-to-end DUT control sequence and verify with emulation system.
• Responsible for wireless-SOC RF functionality bring up.
• Design and develop RF block and/or system calibrations including algorithms and optimizations.
• RF performance optimization and characterization (Psat, Mask, IP3, NF, ACPR, phase noise, lock time).
• Design RF test bench and implement scripts to control wireless-SOC and test equipment.
• Write scripts to plot, parse and analyze large data sets.
• Generate RF performance summaries from characterization results.
• Develop RF calibrations and tests for Wafer ATE and Module ATE mass productions and analyze failures.
• Develop RF FW based on Python reference script.
