This hands-on role focuses mostly on mechanical assembly (about 75%), with RF testing (about 25%). You will work with VNA, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other RF equipment, following drawings, travelers, and procedures to meet

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience in aerospace/defense or related manufacturing.
• Ability to read and comprehend mechanical blueprints.
• General knowledge of RF measurement equipment and techniques preferred.
• Awareness of aerospace quality standards (AS9100 or similar).

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble tasks using hand tools per travelers and drawings.
• Build mandrel assemblies and verify electrical conductivity.
• Perform mechanical solder operations and assist in waveguide/RF subassemblies.
• Wire electromechanical assemblies and verify proper functionality.
• Execute RF test procedures and verify product performance against specs.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, 5S work area.
