Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Palm Bay, FL seeks a Specialist, System Integration & Test Engineer to support RF testing for a Communications Systems portfolio. You will develop test plans, review results, and work with cross-functional teams to verify requirements across RF, IF, and networked components.

The role requires hands-on use of spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes, and signal generators to characterize paths and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and update test plans, procedures, reports, and RVTM for completeness and accuracy.
• Update RVTM to demonstrate full requirements coverage across RF, IF, and networked elements.
• Coordinate reviews for Integration and Test deliverables per SOW, including TRR and acceptance events.
• Integrate and test RF receive/transmit components and antennas across wide frequency ranges.
• Configure and operate RF test equipment to characterize and troubleshoot RF paths.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure verification.
• Assist in executing activities in presence of customers and Quality Engineering reps.
• Travel up to 10% as required, and support leadership in strategy and process improvements.
• Ability to obtain a US Secret security clearance
