Job summary

Invences Inc. is seeking an Integration Test Engineer to support unit-level radio performance integration and verification in a lab environment.

The role requires hands-on RF test equipment experience and strong knowledge of wireless technologies, collaborating with firmware, software, and hardware teams to ensure high performance and quality. Candidates should be proficient with Linux/Windows, scripting (Python/Shell), and familiar with JIRA and Bitbucket.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and high-speed oscilloscopes.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of wireless technologies (LTE, 5G-NR) and industry standards (3GPP).
• Proficiency with JIRA and Bitbucket for test tracking and collaboration.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (Python preferred, Shell).
• Experience with Open RAN is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for unit-level radio performance integration and verification in a lab environment.
• Assist product development groups across firmware, software, and hardware teams to implement robust solutions.
• Document test procedures and results to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes of performance issues and test failures.
• Drive continuous improvements of test processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
