Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a hardware product development environment.
• Proven track record of building and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of DFT and complex hardware testing.

Responsibilities

• Hire and lead a team of RF test engineers.
• Oversee design and implementation of hardware test racks.
• Drive development of Python-based automation software.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
