Job summary

Belcan Corporation seeks an Engineer Hardware 3 to join our Rolling Meadows team. You’ll contribute to RF/analog hardware development across full life-cycle stages, from concept through production and field support, on-site in Rolling Meadows, IL.

The role requires strong RF design skills, hands-on prototyping, and the ability to work within cross-functional teams. US citizenship and interim Secret clearance are prerequisites for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in STEM with 3+–5+ years in electronics design.
• RF/Analog circuit design experience from schematic to test and integration.
• Hands-on prototyping and debug of RF subsystems (amplifiers, mixers, PLLs, ADCs/DACs).
• Translate system requirements into hardware requirements and test specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full life-cycle hardware development for RF/analog systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and program management teams.
• Perform design, verification and field support activities.
• On-site work at Rolling Meadows, IL with US security clearance requirements.
