Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, or 6+ years with a master's.
• Extensive RF design experience at the CCA/subsystem/module level.
• Experience with schematic capture, RF block diagrams, and CCAs.
• Experience troubleshooting design and integration issues.
• Experience with microwave test equipment and simulation tools (network analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
• Eligible to obtain a secret clearance and interim secret clearance before starting.

Responsibilities

• Support development and production of complex multi-function RF modules.
• Design and develop circuits, modules, and sub-systems from concept to production.
• Solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
• Work independently to resolve development issues.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with hardware, system, and manufacturing teams.
