Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering (or related)
• Commitment for working on-site for 6 months
• Interest in power amplifier design and RF engineering
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Experience with Keysight ADS preferred
• Hands-on lab experience with RF test equipment is preferred

Responsibilities

• Design/develop RFIC for multi-chip modules
• Design RF power amplifiers
• Run simulations with Keysight ADS and Ansys HFSS
• Participate and present in design reviews
• Perform lab testing with RF test equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians
