Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a highly motivated RF Front-End EM Design Co-Op for June–Dec 2027. You will work with experienced RF, EM, RFIC, and module engineers on developing wireless solutions for 5G/6G, and emerging connectivity.

This full-time co-op provides hands-on experience across electromagnetic modeling, circuit simulation, and hardware characterization, under a technical mentor, with opportunities to contribute to next-generation front-end products.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Academic emphasis in RF/Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetics, Analog/RF IC Design, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with mentor and engineering teams on RF front-end research and design.
• Build and analyze RF passive structures and matching networks.
• Perform EM simulations and correlate with measured data across the product development cycle.
