Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in San Jose is offering a Winter/Spring Co-op for 6 months (Jan–June 2027) focused on RF front-end module development. You will work with experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience with industry tools.

Candidates should be enrolled in an Electrical Engineering MS or PhD, be on-site for 6 months, and have interest in RF/microwave engineering; familiarity with HFSS/ADS and lab RF testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering (or related) MS or PhD program(s).
• Commitment for working on site for 6 months.
• Strong desire to learn, grow and make impact.
• Strong career interest in RF/microwave engineering and electromagnetics.

Responsibilities

• Design/develop multi-chip RF modules.
• Design semi-lumped RF matching networks and passive devices.
• Run simulations with HFSS, ADS and other tools.
• Present in design reviews and perform lab testing.
