Job summary

Skyworks is seeking a Summer/Fall 2027 Co-op in San Jose, CA to learn and contribute to RF/Microwave multi-chip modules. You will work with experienced engineers, run simulations in HFSS and ADS, perform lab testing, and present at design reviews. Onsite for six months; opportunity for full-time roles.

Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering MS or PhD; strong interest in RF/microwave; proficiency with MS Office; prior lab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an Electrical Engineering MS or PhD program.
• Commitment to on-site 6-month co-op.
• Strong desire to learn and make an impact.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with Ansys HFSS or Keysight ADS preferred.
• Hands-on lab experience with RF test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing RF/Microwave multi-chip modules.
• Evaluate and optimize prototypes.
• Run simulations with HFSS, ADS.
• Present in design reviews.
• Perform lab testing with RF equipment.
